MIND YOGA Wollongong in Helensburgh is proud to offer an 8-Week Veterans Yoga Program designed to support veteran health and veteran wellbeing through the practice of yoga. This specialized course is tailored for veterans looking to improve physical strength, mental resilience, and overall wellness in a welcoming and supportive yoga studio environment.
At MIND YOGA, we recognise the unique challenges veterans face, from physical discomfort to stress and emotional well-being. Our community is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space where veterans can experience the profound benefits of yoga.
This 8-week Veterans Yoga Program is structured to help veterans:

Classes run for 60 mins and are at no cost to the Veteran or their family members.
