CORE & VINYASA YOGA (Adults) 60 mins
Want to try something new or returning to yoga? Our all levels yoga classes are perfect for beginners and those who would like to enjoy the benefits of a regular practice: decrease stress levels, increase energy levels, increase mobility and range of motion, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improve cardiovascular health. These classes vary in style depending on the teacher, and are usually a combination of vinyasa flow and hatha yoga styles.

TODDLERS YOGA (1-4 yrs old) 30 mins
Looking to return to yoga or try something new with your toddler? Open to mums, dads and caretakers, bring along your crawling, walking, running, mess-making toddler. An engaging class that aims to create a fun, safe space for your toddler to learn movement and get some of that incredible toddler energy out!

KIDS YOGA (school aged children) 30 mins
Our kids yoga classes are designed for the period after school when kids are still buzzing from their day, but are finding it hard to wind down. Designed for school aged children, these classes are a great way to get your kids stretching, engaged and focused. Parents do not need to be present at these classes. Classes run during school term for 10 sessions weeks. We have a kids 10 class pass available, which is suitable for one class per week.

MASTERS + SLOW FLOW YOGA (Seniors) 60 mins
Our Masters + Slow Flow Yoga classes offer expert-led sessions designed to enhance functional fitness and promote long-term health benefits, while maintaining poses for longer to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress. Our approach supports overall well-being, helping you build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle for those entering retirement, haven recently retired, injured or who prefer a slower, more gentle yoga style.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING 60 mins
Taught by a local fitness professional and toddler mum, our 1:1 weekly Personal Training sessions offer you a unique and specific approach to your personal fitness journey. We will write an 8 week program specific to your needs, and you will have use of our Helensburgh gym during operating hours.

VETERANS & FIRST RESPONDERS YOGA - 60 mins
Our 8 week Veterans and First Responders Program has been tailored specifically for our service men and women, who bravely fight for our country, or are at the frontlines. This is a fully funded service by RSLNSW and is offered free of charge to all Australian ADF Veterans and First Responders.

Our Team

Our studio is proud to host a small team of AUSActive Registered Personal Trainers, Yoga Alliance Registered Core Yoga Teachers, Vinyasa Yoga Teachers and Mindfulness Trainers. Each member of our team brings a wealth of experience, expertise and a shared commitment to your well-being.

Our LOCATION

Our Helensburgh pop-up Yoga Studio is located at PAST Outdoors Helensburgh (next to Johnnies tyres). Accommodating up to 30 students at a time, the studio is a great way to meet new people and stock up on hiking gear or coffee supplies while you’re at it. We supply a yoga mats and blocks so need to bring your own.

We encourage all students to walk, run or ride to the studio, both for the environment, your own health and your back pocket. Parking is very limited so get moving and ride on in! We have plenty of space for bikes with racks on site.
