Located centrally Helensburgh NSW, about 30 mins north of Wollongong and 1 hour south of Sydney, our studio is a peaceful, light-filled haven where you can leave the outside world behind. We offer mats, blocks, straps, and other props to support your practice.

Our instructors are both AusActive registered personal trainers or 200hrYTT Yoga Alliance Certified and are passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment for all. Whether you’re visiting for a drop-in session or joining us weekly, we aim to make your experience nourishing and enjoyable.
